NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52 2012 CA 011867, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and GISELLA P. COSSIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GISELLA P. COSSIO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, FLORAL GARDENS UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, AT PAGES 74 AND 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
