NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006360 XX CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is Plaintiff and JANE E. WILSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANE E. WILSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 26th day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 10, BLOCK 8, INTER BAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
