NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF FLORIDA GUARDIANSHIP AND TRANSFER OF GUARDIANSHIP PROCEEDINGS TO
WARD'S DOMICILE

IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
GUARDIANSHIP DIVISION

IN RE: The Guardianship of S.J.A.C.,
a Minor.
The administration of the Florida Guardianship of the Property of S.J.A.C., a Minor, Case No.: 01-6433-GD-3, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Guardianship Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater Florida 33756. The names and addresses of the Guardian of the Property and the guardian's attorney are set forth below.
The Guardian of the Property has filed a Final Report and Petition for Discharge on the grounds that the guardianship proceedings should be transferred to the State of Maryland where the Ward is domiciled. The Guardian will apply for discharge on July 2, 2013; the jurisdiction of the Ward and the Ward's property will be transferred to the State of Maryland.

Any objection to the Petition for Discharge or the Final Report must be in writing and must state with particularity the item or items to which the objection is directed and must state the grounds on which the objection is based. Any objection to the Petition for Discharge or the Final Report shall be filed with the Clerk of the above Court within the later of 30 days from the date of service of the Petition for Discharge and the Final Report or the date of first publication of this Notice, and a copy of the objection shall be served by the objector on the Florida Guardian and the Foreign Guardian. Within 90 days after filing the objection, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served on the Florida Guardian, the Foreign Guardian, and on all other interested persons, or the objection shall be deemed abandoned.
