NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-014662 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Mortgage Services Inc., is the Plaintiff and Tiffany A. King a/k/a Tiffany A. Corbett, Regions Bank, as successor in interest to AmSouth Bank, The Unknown Spouse of Tiffany A King a/k/a Tiffany A. Corbett n/k/a Tim Corbett, Villa Nueva Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT D-3, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF VILLA NUEVA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 81 THROUGH 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FUTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MARCH 23, 1977, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4524, PAGES 2007 THROUGH 2074, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOEGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
