NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010939, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY CRANCH A/K/A T CRANCH, CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, ELLIE PENARANDA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A JOHN TUCKER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 29 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 15, BLOCK 15, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BONITA SHORES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 43.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
