NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-002668, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BUCK WILSON, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and PATTY WILSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 29th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 44, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 80, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
