NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-1455, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD W. FUGUAY, DECEASED, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, TERRY V FUQUAY, TERRY V FUQUAY AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD W. FUQUAY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 29th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, OAK RIDGE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
