ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18, is the Plaintiff and ANIA GUERRERO; OSVALDO FIGUEREDO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 29th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
