Brown is the Borrower, will sell to the highest and best bidder at the Courthouse Annex, 3rd Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on July 29, 2013 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
