NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-08014-CA of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Washington Mutual Bank., is the Plaintiff and Federico Carmona, a/k/a Frederico Carmona, Marcelino Trejo, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Silver State Financial Services, Inc. d/b/a Silver State Mortgage, The Unknown Spouse of Marcelino Trejo a/k/a Maria Trejo, The Unknown Spouse of Federico Carmona a/k/a Mary Cruz Trejo, are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
ALL OF LOT 23 AND THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 24, PINE GROVE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, IMMOKALEE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 104, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
