NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 8, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001523 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-11, is the Plaintiff and GREGORY MANGONE; MARIA F. MANGONE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; LAGO VILLAGGIO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GLEN EAGLE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 1 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 78, LAGO VILLAGGIO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38 PAGE 11 AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
