Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, and entered in 10004165CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC., is the Plaintiff and SCOTT M. DAME; SANDRA DAME; CAPE HAZE RESORT B 3/5 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPE HAZE RESORT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on August 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 407, BUILDING 5, CAPE HAZE RESORT B 3/5, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3136, PAGE 1501, AND ANY AMENDMENT THEREOF, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGES 1A THROUGH 1E, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
