NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 2nd, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 08-2012-CA-000445 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE FBR SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and DANA JOYCE HARRYNARINE A/K/A DANA J. HARRYNARINE; AAMES FUNDING CORPORATION D/B/A AAMES HOME LOAN ( A DISSOLVED CORPORATION ); are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 1st day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
