NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002370 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as Trustee for WFMBS 2004-N, is the Plaintiff and Denise Steinberg, Steven Steinberg, Punta Gorda Leasing Co., are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 2 day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 24, BLOCK 27, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 5, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 60-A AND 60-B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
