NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-003708 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , WILLIAM H. CAMPBELL, IIIand CASSANDRA A. CAMPBELL are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 31st day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK F, OF SHARP AND TURNER'S ADDITION TO BRADENTON, FLORIDA AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 296, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
