NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Cancel and Reschedule the Foreclosure sale dated June 5,2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 004810 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 31st day of July, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com , relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, MANATEE OAKS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 107 THROUGH 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
