Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 8, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 1, RIVERSIDE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 50 AND 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EASTERN 1/2 OF THE NOTHERNMOST 75 FEET OF 17 TH STREET EAST AS VACATEDIN O.R. BOOK 1802, PAGE 864, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 108 17TH STREET NE, BRADENTON, FL 34208; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on August 7, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
