NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000880 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Joseph L. Brandt and Dianne L. Brandt are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 791, TRACT 2, RIVERDALE REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 40-49, IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
