Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 21, 2013 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, AND THE EAST 38.7 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK D, MANATEE HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on August 01, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
