NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 002465 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Court in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and, KEVIN R MILLER, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 9th day of August, 2013, the following described property:
UNIT 6, BLACK CORAL BUILDING OF HARBOR PINES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1439, PAGE 4215, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 18, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
