TORTORICI; JULIE A. TORTORICI; BAY LAKE ESTATES ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 19th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
