NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-008067WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 29th day of July, 2013, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com , relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 162, HUDSON BEACH ESTATES 2ND ADDITION, UNIT #3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6 PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
