NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007706ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2007QS3, is Plaintiff, and, PALMORE, CHRISTOPHER, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 1ST day of AUGUST, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 45, BLOCK 9, NEW RIVER LAKES VILLAGES “B2” AND “D”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 105-115 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
