NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-007407WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-OPT2, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT2, Plaintiff and Lynn Keirsey Carroll A/K/A Lynn Kiersey A/K/A Lynn E. Carroll And John P. Carroll, Her Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 90, DEER PARK, UNIT ONE-D, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 145 & 146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
