NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-006110-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and Maria R. Arias are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 17-104, THE BELMONT AT RYALS CHASE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6561, PAGE 416, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
