NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-003916-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF REO 2011-1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and GRACIELZA M. DOS SANTOS A/K/A GRACIELSA M. DOS SANTOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRACIELZA M. DOS SANTOS A/K/A GRACIELSA M. DOS SANTOS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. D/B/A WELLS FARGO HOME EQUITY; SANDRA J. WING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA J. WING; UNKNOWN TENANTS; CRESTVIEW HILLS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JULY 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 130, CRESTVIEW HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
