NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 20, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 51-2007-004547-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6, is the Plaintiff and AMERICO VELEZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMERICO VELEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 08/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
