NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 29, 2013 in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-008025-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and HUSSAM A. WEHBEH, ARONKA MACHELE CSISZAR, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARONKA M. CSISZAR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE HUSSAM A. WEHBEH, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 01, 2013, at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
