Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 51-2013-CC-000481-XXXX-WS in the County Court of Pasco, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
UNIT B, DOLLAR LAKE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM 1, BLDG 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1065, PAGE(S) 1-80, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.Pasco.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M. on July 30, 2013. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
