NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-008872 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MALT 2004-11, is the Plaintiff and ALBERT OJEDA; ESPERANZA OJEDA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; WESTBROOK ESTATES HOMWOWNERS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JULY 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, BLOCK 11, SADDLEBROOK VILLAGE WEST UNITS 3A AND 3B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 74 THROUGH 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
