Elam also known as Veronika Elam, Robert James Elam also known as Robert Elam, Lake Padgett Estates East Property Owners Association, Inc. and Lake Padgett Estates Civic Association, Inc. are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com/ , Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on August 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
