Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 18, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 50, BLOCK 3, DUPREE LAKES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 15 TO 31, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6334 DESERT PEACE AVE, LAND O' LAKES, FL 34639; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 5, 2013 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
