NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-000495WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and MICHELLE CORSO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES,GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SAMUEL E. HARVEY A/K/A SAMUEL ELI HARVEY, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD B. PRICE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL A. PRICE-THOMPSON A/K/A CAROL A. PRICE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMUEL E. HARVEY A/K/A SAMUEL ELI HARVEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 29 day of July, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 222, MOON LAKE ESTATES, UNIT THIRTEEN (13), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 6-8, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 9818 Poplar Street, New Port Richey, FL 34654.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
