NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2009-CA-010252-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, and pursuant to Florida Statutes ยง45.031, Paula S. O'Neil Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 24th day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 7, BALLANTRAE VILLAGE 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 30 THROUGH 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim with the clerk of court within 60 days after the sale.
