Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Order of a Final Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot 21, Block E, Asbel Creek Phase Four, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 57, Pages 136-143, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of August, 2013.
