NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-006106 WS J2 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2006 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2006-WM2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WM2, is Plaintiff, and Michael Connell; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated as a Nominee for WMC Mortgage Corp.; Marjorie M. McAlexander and Unknown Spouse of Michael Connell, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00A.M. on the 29th day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 374, of the unrecorded plat of LEISURE BEACH, UNIT #5, Pasco County, Florida, being a Tract of land lying in the West 3/4 of the North 1/2 of Section 4, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida and described as follows: For a point of reference, commence at the Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida, run thence South 89º47'02” West along the Northerly boundary of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 a distance of 51.02 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Signal Cove, Unit #2, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 74 of the Public Records of Pasco, Florida; Thence South 1º21'02” West, along the Easterly boundary of said Signal Cove, Unit #2, a distance of 1323.48 feet; Thence due West 1595.67 feet; thence due South 63.0 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue due South 60.00 feet; thence due West 99.0 feet; thence due North 60.00 feet; thence due East 99.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
