and commonly known as: 5535 Baker Road, New Port Richey, FL 34653, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on AUGUST 12, 2013, at 11:00 A.M.
