NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 004933 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and HERONMERE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BOBBIE JOANN GREMBOS A/K/A BOBBIE JO-ANN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 1st day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 30 HERONMERE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1298, PAGES 1223 THROUGH 1273, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEREAFTER, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGES 20, 20A THROUGH 20F, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
