NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2010 CA 003323 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Court in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, US BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT PARTICIPATION TRUST 2011-NPL2, BY VERICREST FINANCIAL, INC., Plaintiff, and, THOMAS WILHELM, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at the hour of 09:00AM, on the 5th day of August, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 1834, COLONIAL OAKS UNIT NO. 25, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34 AT PAGE 7 THROUGH 7D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
