Lot 34, Englewood Farm Acres, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 28 and 28A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at a public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 9:00 am, or as soon as possible thereafter, on the 6th day of August, 2013, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com
ANY LIENHOLDER OR PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FOR THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
