NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 009816 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and GARY L. ROBERTS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY L. ROBERTS N/K/A SABINE HACK ROBERTS; JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A ROBERT JACK; JANE DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A TERESA JACK, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 29th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK D, HARTLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 39, OF TILE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY , FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
