NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 24, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 006877 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF IMH ASSESTS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET- BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-3 is Plaintiff and JANE DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC A. FREEMAN, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS SOLE NOMINEE FOR IMPAC FUNDING CORPORATION DBA IMPAC LENDING GROUP, ERIC A. FREEMAN, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 01, 2013, at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 919, TWENTIETH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 8, 8A THROUGH 8K, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
