CARPENTER; RENEE Y. CARPENTER; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 9th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE SOUTH 80 FEET OF LOT 51, FLORAL PARK HOMESTEADS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
