MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH4, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH41, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and CHARLES A. JERLA, JR.; KATHLEEN JERLA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 30th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
