SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK SOUTHWEST, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB. 1, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT J. ANTOINETTE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT J. ANTOINETTE N/K/A CAROL ANTOINETTE; KIMETH W. GARDNER A/K/A KIMETH GARDNER; JACK GANG; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TIB BANK, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO THE BANK OF VENICE; TENANT #1 N/K/A JESSICA JENKINS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KIMBERLY JENKINS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 11th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
