NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 003003 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CASTLE PEAK 2011-1 LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2011-1 is the Plaintiff and JOSEFINA BEBEAU; AQUA FINANCE INC; RONALD L BEBEAU and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 6 AND LOT 7 LESS THE WEST 50 FEET BLOCK 936 15TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13 PAGE 14 PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
