NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013, and entered in 2008 CA 004016 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-4 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and GLADYS VALENCIA; JOSE H. VALENCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARLENY OSORIO CHALARCA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on July 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 766, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES 16TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
