NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006174-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III is the Plaintiff and GLADYS GALLARDO A/K/A GLADYS GALLARDO WALTER; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 55, THE WOODS, UNIT III, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 17 THROUGH 17D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
