NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 06/28/2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-056987 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and THOMAS SCHEUBMAYR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS SCHEUBMAYR, PURNELL PAINT CORPORATION, A BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS CORPORATION, CITY OF CAPE CORAL, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on July 31, 2013, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 17 and 18, Block 332, Unit 7, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 101 to 128, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIST PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
