Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 1, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-962 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 31 day of July, 2013 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 427, Building 13505, MUSA AT DANIELS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Instrument No. 2006000193278, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
